CPU Utilization error in BI??

This is on a 26 camera install using a new HP Z2 workstation computer, 32 GB ram, and an I7-13700.
BI version is 5.9.4.9 (7/15/2024), this version was what downloaded fresh as new install on 7/16/24

See the screenshots below. Is BlueIris not correctly reporting CPU utilization now??

Should I go backwards to a previous "critical or highly stable" update (5.9.3.4) when that version was never in use on this machine?
Do others here have both CPU and GPU displayed in BI, but only CPU in UI3?

I have this same problem on the April 2023 release of BI so going back may not fix it. I mainly use it to just check on the memory usage to make sure it's not over 5gb.

Yes--- those indicators aren't just cool little server running stats-- I use that info too.
