You never answered for my question: did you try to use DMSS with NVR over local ip address in Your local network (no P2P, but IP address in DMSS device configuration)?
does that problem repeats in that configuration?

With the local Ip, the videos match the camera. However, the snapshots are not displayed correctly there. An ivs event has a snapshot where it is dark outside although it was triggered during the day. 2pm
