What's going on with that older vehicle's (Suburban?) front end? Are the front shocks shot?It just gets worse by the day around my neighborhood.
At first I though he was pumping the brakes but at 1:40 there's no brake lights coming on but they do work at 1:50.....looks like he's going over invisible speed bumps or dips and rises in the roadway.
