2017 NVR5216-4KS2 NVR - can it still handle newer cameras?

I purchased a NVR5216-4KS2 in 2017 and it's still running great with latest firmware for over 7 years. It have a total of 9 cameras hooked up to it.

My question is I wanted to add some more camera to it. I am looking into those full night color so I am wondering if my NVR still can store those camera recording or not. Are IVS still supported from newer camera too?

They will work. And IVS is supported.
There will be some settings, which you will need do using camera web panel, not NVR one.

ps. There is very fresh firmware for this line from 240717

It'll run just fine. I have 6 of them running with 5442's, newer PTZ's and 4K cameras
