I thought of @Broachoski when I saw this.
Much as in his avatar, I got introduced to electricity circa 1953 when I pulled the metal hanger out of a glass Christmas tree ornament and stuck it in the wall outlet. There was only 2 slots back then, hot and neutral, so I couldn't miss.....

I think Vivek should take that job, Elon needs to be where he is SpaceX, Tesla, X, neuralink will all be without a bold innovative leader.
Tesla for example is more than just a EV manufacturer. It's also a AI and Humaniod and Energy storage company. If Tesla doesn't succeed some one else from China will take over the lead in tech.
