I have my email alerts set to trigger on motion with a snapshot. I'll get the alert but no snapshot comes with it. Is there a trick to this I'm missing?
Not familiar with this exact model but in the past I have seen this fixed with firmware updates. I would check with the manufacturer that it was shipped with the latest version. If not they can usually send you the newest version to update. also check the security settings on your email I've seen some let the email through but block the snapshots.
