Having Problems With My Hikvision DS-2CD2142FWD-I

EDIT- First Issues Fixed.

Anyone know how to set up sensr.net on ftp.
I have filled in all the information and the site(sensr.net) said the camera connection was successful but no images have been uploaded to the ftp?? Have I done something wrong or is there a better ftp site I can try or use??

Did you set your primary and secondary dns address?

I couldn't get outlook to work so just opened up a gmail account like e.g LeeHcams@gmail.com

It also has the benefit of not having your primary email account password in the cam I guess.

No idea regarding ftp sorry.

Thanks, My dns addresses were fine. Turns out my gateway wasn`t set right and therefore was giving me errors.
