Only if it displaces more volume than it weighs but honestly, those gotta be air-filled, they way they ride....anything that big filled with anything BUT air would cause her to topple forward, I would think.

And like @observant1 , I do NOT find those attractive. I admit though that I'd might be trying to find her if the plane crashed in water so I can find out once and for all if those are "floaties" or "sinkies".
