Years ago I was at a casino, and someone vomited a small 3 inch spot, not far from the bathroom entrance. Staff were attentive and had a small 4' area cordoned off while they retrieved the supplies to clean it up. During the 2 (?) minutes it took for the employee to grab what was needed, a crowd of about a dozen people stood around the location and staring at the blocked off area.
