hello I have a problem with a hikvision 2cd2t85fwd camera connected to a Uniview Nvr
I have connected this camera for years and it has always worked well and another hikvision camera to a uniview Nvr. for a month it started to disconnect and then reconnect and at a certain point it is no longer detected by the nvr, I also tried to turn off the nvr but nothing.
I updated the hikvision cam to the latest firmware available and I also updated the nvr, I also reset everything from factory settings, then I reconnected the cam but it still has this problem, the 2cd2t85fwd camera disconnects after about 2 hours
I tried to connect another new hikvision camera, always the same model, and that works, so the network cable has no problem, it's a camera problem, so I tried to power the camera from a 12v power supply and it works
Do you think if I replace the internal poe module (electronic board) could that be the problem? Has a similar problem already happened?
