Manually added Reolink POE doorbell image not showing up in EmpireTech NVR

Bit of a newbie here, so apologies if I'm missing helpful or necessary info. I manually added a Reolink POE Doorbell (via static IP), which is connected to my unmanaged network switch (NVR on same switch). I was able to get my EmpireTech NVR to recognize it and the POE doorbell status is "green", but the doorbell image does not load on the NVR interface live camera view (perpetually spins). It also perpetually spins on DMSS. However, the image does successfully load on the Reolink app. RTSP & HTTP port information match between doorbell & device settings within the NVR. What am I missing?

Insure that ONVIF is enabled in the doorbell's webGUI.
In the NVR insure ONVIF is enabled and that the username/password of the doorbell is duplicated verbatim in the NVR and/or NVR's ONVIF account.

Thanks! I appreciate the quick response. I have checked the ONVIF settings in the Reolink webGUI and both items you mentioned in the NVR interface, and still no luck. The username/passwords are duplicated & match. Any other ideas?

Delete the camera and re-install it?
