Seems ol' Brian is upset that the ballroom is being paid by private donations but his socialist ass wants the donations to got to healthcare? Not sure what his point is. Maybe he's platinum man and his fashion sensibilities have been offended?

I see, missed that. My focus and initial comment was on the gaudiness of it all.

But really even if Dear Leader is paying for it, it does look bad unless you subscribe to the thought that we’re in the “Golden Age” and there’s good times for all.

Two points:

(1) It's probably not acceptable to Ukraine (they better have the K-Y ready)
(2) Putin is gonna continue to play Trump - It's a stall tactic (negotiating tactic) as usual.

Even Zelensky said today that it's time for peace and that he is ready to meet Putin.
