help with IP Camera models

hi everyone,
I am looking to install some CCTV. i had my builder do the pre-wiring for 8 camera points around the house.
I am looking for some suggestions what model I should go for , for the cameras and NVR and whether there is an opportunity to use a PTZ at one of the pre-wired points on the corner of the house.
I would prefer all models/NVR are the same brand, and I guess it'll depent first on the PTZ chosen?

I've attached some pictures of the house showing the 8 camera points all around the house. these have been marked with a black arrow. any white junction boxes not marked is because they are not camera data points, but standard electrical wiring for security lights.
the height of all the camera points is 2.5M except for the one next to the front door which is 2M.
I have also shown an ideal spot where I think a PTZ could work.

Sorry was interrupted, but PTZs generally need more height to allow them to see and detect further and get better angles for tracking .

The mini PTZ would be a good choice . Not as obvious as most and tracks well. Nighttime it needs help with external light but it looks like you have good street light coverage

I've attached here a pic based on your suggestion, is this where you mean to put it? when mounting under an eave does it needed any additional bracket or how is it supported in place?

Yes that would be my first choice. You would gain substantial coverage and less problems with being blocked by cars, trees etc

Granted thats the cleanest looking residential street I've ever seen, so maybe less of a problem. But still you'll gain detection/tracking distance. Most PTZs are spec'd to be mounted higher than our fixed cameras
