The
Amcrest IP2M-841-V3 is ONVIF-compliant, BI compatible and comes with a 5VDC wall wart with a USB-A to a USB-micro (IIRC) connector cord. Their specification page is hosed at the moment so I'm not sure of the USB type or current drain but I think the wall wart is at least 1 amp rated.
It's also pan/tilt which you probably don't want or need. But I know for a fact that it's 5VDC and is BI compatible.
If you could get a
Tapo C110 to run on 5VDC instead of its required 9VDC it'd be a better choice: it's Wi-Fi only, no P/T, will stream RTSP to BI and is tiny and cheap....$20 on Amazon, I think.
