I finally got around to swapping the camera for one new out of the box. It looks like I just had a defective camera. The 2nd one is working fine with no reboots using the same power supply in the same location.

For those having wifi connectivity problems or the doorbell rebooting, or anything else that may be transformer power related...
All of my problems went away when I replaced the builder grade 16V 10VA transformer with this 16V 30VA transformer:

There are occasional reboots but the symptom of rebooting every minute appears to start happening sometime after 8 PM. There are no connections to the internet at the time.
I guess I will swap it with another one new out of the box to see if it is just this one unit.
I had a Foscam FI9821W (V2) do a similar thing. It got worse over time and I recently replaced it. I still have it so if this is not a HW failure, I would like to know how to fix it.
I know this is an old post but did your reboot problem stay away?
EDIT: A Foscam R2C was rebooting every 45-60 seconds. It did not do this during setup. I installed it yesterday and added it to Blue Iris. I shutdown Blue Iris completely and did not access the camera in any way. Still...
I replaced my 16V10VA with a 16V30VA a couple of hours ago. To my surprise, the wifi level reported on the Ubiquiti Unifi controller increased a few dB from previous readings. Same AP. Nothing else changed. I will continue to watch it to see if it remains at the higher level.
