Interesting - based on the links in the info you provided, I should have a Chime section.
I do not get the Chime section highlighted in yellow. I've tried Chrome and Edge. I have done the factory reset after upgrading.
Any idea what the "Doorbell Ringing Volume" on/off switch does? I thought it might enable a volume slider for the exterior device, but for me, it's just on or off and has no visual or audible changes that I can tell.
Thank you- I appreciate the screenshot. I do already have this set up. I was hoping that, as the clips were deleted, any alerts associated with the clip(s) would also be deleted instead of having to manage them separately.
For those that have the Reolink doorbell working with BlueIris, are there specific settings to get the keyframe closer to a value of 1? I'm at .5, which is OK but sounds like a value closer to 1 is best.
I've been adjusting the camera settings but can't seem to get any better than .5...
Is there a setting in BlueIris to delete related alert images at the same time that it is deleting old clips? Personally, I don't have a need for an old alert image if I don't also have the related video clip.

I have been searching with no luck. Is there a way to find the model number of a Dahua camera via the ConfigTool software or the web interface? I have checked the Settings->Information->Version but there is no model number listed (there is a serial number).
