I tried using 999 with several of my cams but I don't think my computer was up to the task...sent my CPU skyrocketing when two or more cameras triggered at the same time :D Stuck using the CPU version of DS (no NVidia card).

Long shot, but check your record tab to make sure none of the offending cams had "Direct-to-Disc" turned off during one or more updates. It's been known to happen.

If you use substreams and choose continuous+trigger in your cam's recording tab, you can still get the info you're looking for albeit in your substream format.

Mostlychris, forgot to add (and you may have read this elsewhere already), but if you modify custom model settings in BI, you should restart your computer to be sure all DS components have properly closed and new components are started anew. I do this whenever I update BI to a new version as well.

So the default 15 seconds is likely more than enough time for most setups. If I understand this correctly, if 5 additional images are added to the analysis requirement (after the two automatic images) at 1 second intervals, a total of roughly 7 seconds should be needed to complete the analysis.
