    4.4.5- September 23, 2016

Thanks, I don't know if that was it, but all works today. I still do not get a success when I hit the reopen button, but the BI sees the change in state on the bits and sets the stoplight and/or triggers the cameras. This is exactly what I needed. Now I can connect PIR sensors to the Sealevel...

    Sealevel with BI

Hi, I can't seem to find tis answer so here goes.. I have a Sealevel 130E. This receives inputs and sets a bit. BI says it can read this and you can trigger on the bit set. I can't get BI to "see" the Sealevel box. I use the MaxSSD and the box is working. This box is hooked to my router and the...

    PIR Question

Yeah, I got that. I guess I was looking for a little input on the sealevel. My seco-larm pir only puts out a short to ground but the sealevel 120e is looking for 5v or higher. I was wondering if you can option it for a short. I found the company number so I can also address a question to them...

Does anyone know what - Post: save error 7,3 - means?

By process of elimination I discovered that the "Post to a File" pointing to a network drive did not work and gave that error number. I pointed to a local folder and it Posted and no error. Post to ftp worked fine. I will experiment with Posting to a network drive.

Thanks. It was both of the cameras that alert. It may be that my network folder was not connected at the time. otherwise the Post tab looks correct.

    Router advice?

I thank you for your suggestions. I researched the DD-WRT and it seems to be what I am looking for. As I am getting way too old to mess with this stuff myself, I went to Flashrouter and bought the package. Teamviewer may work but I still need to read the manual on Iris to see what I need. I...

    Router advice?

Any suggestions for an easy to set up router that will reserve IP addresses for a power outage restore and easy port forwarding so I can run Iris remotely? I have 5 cameras and assorted PCs, tablets, phones. Thanks

    Hello from Barefoot Bay Florida

Hi, I just ordered Blue Iris and expect to install over the next few days. I have 2 Foscam cameras and they work fine but the alarm detection stinks so I am paying money for this and hope it helps. The forum looks good with lots of good info. I hope I can help as well as learn a lot.
