Hi. I am running NVR 4.0. On live view does anyone know what the icon is which is a grey padlock with arrows going round it are? Its right next to the bell icon which shows my alarms are active. Thanks.

Would the flush mount type units not be a possible solution to this? Larger footprint unit and put the electronics in the section which is sunk into the wall rather than a giant surface mount box. Realise this makes install MUCH harder for most though.

I agree for the smaller doorbells (ie the ones the size of a Ring doorbell) but the slightly larger door stations I would assume have sufficient size to accommodate?

Bit more testing and I have got most of them working well. I have no choice but to have some of them mounted high up, no other way to run the cables without them being all over the outside of the house which isnt an option. Basically one of them is at too high of an angle to work at night...

How do people find SMD and IVS at night when the cameras are in BW with IR on. I have had the system in for about a month and have been doing a bit of testing. If find that SMD set for humans works really well in daylight but at night its really not working. Same for IVS with human filtering...
