I will try a factory reset on the camera this afternoon when i get home from work. I understand that the camera has to be disassembled to find the reset button, as there is not a way to reset it from the config settings, correct?

I haven't tried a factory reset yet. I first had it connected on my computer desk and noticed the problem, so mounted it outside to a spot where i already had a camera working. I wanted to test it there to eliminate the possibility of a bad cable or power issue.
