On BI, check under Settings/Mobile Devices that your phone is listed, push is enabled, and the device ID matches the device ID on the Help screen of the iOS BI app. I had the same problem today, my new install was listed but not enabled for push on that Mobile Devices panel.

This was fixed in the 2.04 iOS release on November 8th.

FWIW, this is confirmed as a bug in the mobile app on iOS 17, to be fixed shortly.

Good point, not working here either. "Delete all alerts" is hidden away under the top right menu which isn't ideal either.

The latest stable release is 5.3.0.3. You might want to try that. The update dialog shows both stable and newest releases. I'm running H265 on an Intel NUC i7-6770 with no problems on 5.3.0.3
