I have the same trouble, some of my 5442 works pretty fine and some didn't. To Set those cams to factory default an implementing IVS from scratch doesn't solve it. I have installed 10.R.

If you look at dahua you will see that dahua list the pfa-122 as junction box and not pfa-121. The only way to find out, if your junction box, you must try it.

Without the o-rings, the ground case of the turret cam doesn't sit tight on the junction box.
