Very Strange. I've installed the same software on another pc and now I can login to the cloud.
The first (the one without the cloud login) is a new HP laptop model 17-ca1117nb with Windows 10 Pro 64bit.
In the latest IVMS-4200 version 3.2.0.10 there is no possibility anymore to login to the cloud or add p2p Hikconnect camera.
Is there something i overlook?
@bob2701
maybe a stupid remark of me. have you already tried different rtsp portnumbers for each cam? and openend them in your router? or is it necessary to always use port 554
Yes the cams are individually accessible from the internet and via Hik-Online. I don't think sombebody else is changing the passwords. The customer can be trust, he did not reveal his password. The customer is using an ADSL modem-router from the internet provider, maybe the problem lies there?
I have this strange behaviour with IVMS4500 on different smartphones and tablets. I installed 6 cams at this customer, I've forwarded all the right ports. Everything OK so far but after a while some cams are disconnecting. Sometimes only one and sometimes more than one and not always the same...
I'm a ipcamera reseller from Belgium and I bought my first full license from the official BlueIris website for 66$ in april (i can show the invoice). I'm buying it now from Ebay (Blueirisdownload.com) for 48$. I already bought many licenses this way. So far so good.
