Phone and NVR must in the same network, otherwise don’t work. -

In Registration field from NVR try to edit CAM password, put the same password from NVR and connect, do this for all cameras. -

I think these one is only for VTO2000A, but you can try with VDP, if is wrong firmware VDP don’t load to VTO. -

You can use this firmware for VTH1560B, it’s the same like VTH1510. For VTO6210B you can’t use, its another firmware. -
