my `solution` was to make the camera´s send the mail, I turned everything off in the NVR. I got the NVR to mail pictures, but they were from the substream and thus to small. I Only got my camera´s to work properly when I reduced the video stream to 1080P.. let me know.

I have the same issue. try to set the resolution to 1080p. that works for me. (i have 4Mp cams)

does your live view work for let say intrusion detection? I am getting Live view failed now. updated succesfully
