Hi Guys,
I recently had to download some evidecene of my NVR. Download went ok. I have got 2 files of each 1GB.
I am unable to play it with VLC. Tried to convert it with Handbrake.
Tried to convert it to MP4 MOV and MPEG with the hikvision File conversion tool. No succes.
I can only see the first frame and then the image freezes. The duration bar is progressing fine.
I am able to play it with the VSPlayer just fine but that is not what I want. Does anybody have a solution for this?
When converted to MOV I am only getting a green image.
