Test trigger will send an SMS to my cell. Motion does not send an SMS when triggered. 'Trigger now' in Camera settings will initiate a red frame but not send an SMS. I need a few hints.

I got a replacement ATT access box. BI5 only updates the 9 camera images when BI is started and never again until until BI is shut down and restarted. If a camera is restarted that image is gone forever, its color bars only. All cameras are connected POE Ethernet and in two different buildings...

Delete camera, shut down BI, restart BI, add cam back as cam5, shut down, restart------still only shows 8 cams.

I wish it was that easy. I am familiar with that behavior and check for it.

Hi F I recognize that Pbimmer resolved his cockpit problem, I was just thread hijacking. No cams are hidden and all are setup almost identical. Ui2 has no issues and shows all nine cams. I need a way to force BI to display all cams.

Your not the only one! For the life of me I can't get all nine cameras to show up in the BI4 console, only eight. All show up in the camera tab in status and there nine in the UI2 viewer. theye are in the system but no way on the console. Also "layout" doesn't seem to day anything useful.

Hi Ada That's the right one, e120. With the latest BI revisions there are no operational negative issues. The only negative is the $179! There is one testing issue that I wish wasn't there. The e120 cannot connect to two hosts at the same time. This is only an issue when testing. You cannot use...

Can't see it so can't say for sure, but could it be the IR cut filter that is moved into place during daylight and moved away when the IR leds are turned on?

Hi HD Too soon to panic. You probably have BI looking at e100 " contacts" that are active in the default state. Remember that BI doesn't like a trigger input that lasts indefinitely long. At some point it will output an error code, only one per event. Use the SeaMax utility to figure it out...
