Anyone had problems using the Hik-Connect app with a 4g Router. On EE got 20 down 10 up but cant view in HD mode when on the Hik-Connect app All the latest firmware on back & front end... 3 x PTZs fine in SD mode but not viewable as pic is not clear enough in SD (sub stream)

I have android...... Looks like you can't change speed on any ivms only hik-connect

I can do it with Hik-Connect but camera only works using ivms-4500 app

What app is this? & apple or android?
