hmm...check your log for abnormal shutdowns and also illegal logins, if you're getting tons of 'illegal login' you might be attacked by a botnet, which can cause it to reboot. If you do see a ton of illegal logins, try to disconnect it from the internet, see if that stops the rebooting...

Try this: Log into the camera itself to see if the DST is on, sometimes the NVR and the Camera's DST function doesn't seem to be in sync, or they seem to add to each other....
