    I have a Hikvision NVR DS-7604NI-E1/4P that the 48 volt power supply no longer works. Where is the best place to buy them in Canada? I found some POE ones on Amazon but reluctant to buy them due to possible compatibility issues. TIA Blenky

    Long overdue update. I never did get it to work on my Alexa Show 8. But it set up flawlessly on my Firestick 4K and still running perfect. No need to figure out why I can't get it on my Alexa anymore.

    tried @tunnel and nothing. Switched back to @proxy and works until it starts buffering and then the socket closes and I lose connection. I do not know what the Timeout parameter is on the Monocle Dashboard and I don't see anything for it in the help files yet.

    I just had the driveway on again and left it on without changing anything. After about 3 or 4 minutes it started buffering and lost the connection. Now I can't get back on again.

    now this is really weird. I changed the protocol to UDP and it worked for the Driveway camera. I then asked Alexa to "show front door" and no go. I then tried to go back to the Driveway and now not working. (more hair being pulled) LOL

    Same thing with Basic. It is extremely frustrating when I know I had it and then lost it without changing anything. Now I am not even sure if I am back where it was when I did have it working. lol

    Hikvision NVR not accessible in web browser

    OK I now have the browser working 100% with full real time view and playback views. I had to install an IE extension on Brave. I also have the sync working with both cameras. Hard to believe that an update can cause that many issues. Many thanks to all who helped me work thru this headache.
