Hello guys, So i have this speed dome Dahua sd59230t-hn with some problems. I can power up , but it's not booting at all and i ve got this red blink on motherboard . I bet this is the answer to my problems , but i have no ideea what can it be. Can someone give me an ideea please? thank you.

there is a screen from wireshark . when i plug the camera in i get package on ethernet.

it's not poe for sure , i have poe+ taken from other hikvision speed dome . So can you explain me how should i test it for networking? as i told you , when i put the network cable from poe in my lan port , it tries to ' identify network' , it dissapear and comes back again WITHOUT camera...
