Yes, it's from China. When I had the other camera (that I accidentally copied the MTD from) plugged in to my network, I could not Putty into my camera. If it's the only thing on the network, it behaves. I'm wondering if there is network information like MAC address info in it as well?

I wanted to upgrade because I am having issues with that camera at night. The image is really dark and it's almost like the IR isn't turning on at all. I had read that 5.2.0 had dealt with the night glitch, so I wanted to see if it would fix that problem.

I have the exact same issue as mancboy, however I am able to see my camera in iVMS-4200 software. The region on my camera is CCRR, so I suspect that is the problem? I upgraded all of my other cameras no problem from 5.14 (I think) to V5.2.0 with no issues. Realized now that they are all CCCH...
