I can't give any support on your issue, but much like you, I had zero issues on Win7. Multiple Windows 10 installs gave me headaches. Best solution is to just go back to Windows 7, and don't look forward. I don't think it's an issue with BI, but just the quirkiness of Windows 10.

Whats your system specification? Is it running an Intel graphics card by chance?

Had to completely reinstall Windows from scratch. Back up and going. Won't be doing an upgrade again. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! Lesson learned.

Update was installed manually. I reverted to 4.4.7.1 and 4.4.3.3, and still getting Exception Code: c0000005. Looks like the update borked something in the OS.

I've currently setup BI with a number of users to monitor a camera. Is there a way for end users to download archived video from BI via web browser. I switched to the UI2 interface which is much better, but don't see any way to add this option.
