BI only "sees" NVR and none of my cameras

Two years on and I had to format my harddrive losing a lot of stuff including my Blue Iris settings. This post came to my rescue yet again. So i thought it only fair to say thanks again to all the contributors and particulary Old Timer. Cheers Lads :)

No signal image, but stream receiving

Update. I gave this some thought and decided to check out if there was any updated firmware for my Dahua NVR4108HS-8P-4KS2. There was, so after a bit of faffing I managed to download the BIN file to a usb drive on my pc. I then put the drive in the NVR usb port and went to the system upgrade...

No signal image, but stream receiving

Hi Folks, I'm having an almost identical issue. I'm running a Dahua 8 channel network dvr with 8 Dahua ip cams. Everything is as perfect as it ever was through the dvr. I also run Blue Iris and Pale Moon through my PC to channel the images through to another room. I have both as I originally...

BI only "sees" NVR and none of my cameras

I tried it, IT WORKS! Thank you so much, hard to believe a guy in Glasgow Scotland is getting help from a guy in Oklahoma USA, but hey, it works and I am so grateful for the help. Thanks again :thumb: I just need to try and get the CPU % down, it's running at 100% when viewing all eight...

BI only "sees" NVR and none of my cameras

I put the first line in the "params" box underneath the "main stream" box but it then said it error no camera found. Same thing happened when I tried the second line in camera 2. In the main stream box it has "/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0&unicast=true&proto=Onvif" as its value. This...

BI only "sees" NVR and none of my cameras

This is what I've got. I have changed the password to the NVR password, other than that, it is as it comes up. Cheers.

BI only "sees" NVR and none of my cameras

Hi, I gave this advice a go but to no avail. I put in camera no's 2,3,4, and 8 in camera selection but it always shows cam 1 view with the NVR ip address. So, to cut a long one short, after another two hours of trying to get this operational I'm still at the same point. My other half is working...

A bit harsh, lol, but deserved given my weak self deprecating joke :embarrassed:

BI only "sees" NVR and none of my cameras

I thought it was going to be quite straightforward to register the cameras on BI. Beginning to wish I'd just got the trial version but after reading all the positive posts I thought it was an idiot proof set up, I must be a better idiot than I thought!

BI only "sees" NVR and none of my cameras

Hi, I bought BI tonight and I'm trying to configure it to show my eight Dahua cameras. When I do a search for cameras I keep getting the Dahua NVR, IP address 192.168.0.19. I've tried manually putting in the individual cameras IP address eg Cam 1 as 10.1.1.65:1 but BI can't seem to find it. I...

Thanks for the replies. Anyone else got any thoughts on mounting the SD1A404XB-GNR vertically?

New Mini PTZ now with 4x zoom SD1A404XB-GNR

I have a couple of these SD1A203T-GN and I was wondering, is the SD1A404XB-GNR basically an updated version? I have my cameras mounted in the eaves of the roof but I'm wanting to place one (probably a SD1A404XB-GNR) at the apex of the roof at the gable end. Can this camera be fitted vertically...

How to view Dahua cameras without browser plugins

Sorted it. Had a brainwave and logged on to my router to check connected devices and the NVR was not on the list. I removed and refitted the NVR/Router cable at both ends and refreshed the page to see the NVR was now on the list and connected.Login page now back to normal and images all ok too...
