Two years on and I had to format my harddrive losing a lot of stuff including my Blue Iris settings. This post came to my rescue yet again. So i thought it only fair to say thanks again to all the contributors and particulary Old Timer. Cheers Lads :)

Hi, I gave this advice a go but to no avail. I put in camera no's 2,3,4, and 8 in camera selection but it always shows cam 1 view with the NVR ip address. So, to cut a long one short, after another two hours of trying to get this operational I'm still at the same point. My other half is working...

Sorted it. Had a brainwave and logged on to my router to check connected devices and the NVR was not on the list. I removed and refitted the NVR/Router cable at both ends and refreshed the page to see the NVR was now on the list and connected.Login page now back to normal and images all ok too...
