I used your tool and upgraded my cam to the latest! It works in english and is perfect! One questions, how can i change the time to 12 hour format? I didn't see an option in the time settings. Thanks

I was able to downgrade my Chinese cam to 5.2, converted it to English, and then upgraded to the latest firmware. I had 5.3, and the camera would stop working after a few hours. With the latest firmware, it works perfect.

I finally got my camera back up and running. In the past I used ipcamviewer pro with a generic rtsp over tcp setting to remotely view the camera. Is there a better app on ios to use? Is there a native app? Thanks

Hi, I have the DS-2CD2032-I reset to factory default, Software V5.30 build 1505, dsp v5.0 build 150327. I am running Windows 10, SADP 3.0.0 build 10. When I try to activate the device with SADP, I type a strong password, it says device rejected. The ip address of the device is 192.168.1.64...

I went to that site, and it made me create a l/p before i can download. I created an account, and I got an email to confirm the account. When I click on the link in the e-mail to confirm the account, it says the account does not exist. Is it because I have USA credentials?
