    Yeah so before I updated the app, never had an account - I actually created an account to see if that would resolve it, even deleted the subscriptions/deleted the device then re-added as well too - Guessing it might be a geographical thing since it just stopped out of the blue.

    Sadly looks to still be down for me even after updating NVR firmware, deleting/re-adding app on phone and rebooting phone and NVR. I can see the packets going out in wireshark capture from NVR to the notification server, just never getting to the phone it looks like.

    Has anyone else been seeing issues with notifications not working this week? I noticed mine stopped on the 3rd and can't seem to find out why - I saw another thread where someone mentioned the old app and although I got a newer version, updated it and the NVR firmware just to see - but still...

    That is a very good way of putting it, detecting animals is definitely more unique/niche so I could see why less time would be spent targeting that. Which is a shame as there are lots of scenarios I could see these being useful in if they had more specifics for animals, such as counting...

    I can add to this as well, using indoor rated Cat5e I put in 3/4 and 1/2 conduit in 2008 - I am almost positive the cable has been sitting in water in those tubes the entire time now and they still pass with a certifier.
