I agree 100% I also don’t like that the Hik marketing makes it very confusing to determine which cameras are truly meant for low light.(unless you scour the specs) They have branded a few cameras as dark fighter that have no business being called that! They also overuse EXIR which barely makes...

They are very similar. The Dahua is literally a hair better. If you turn on the slow shutter on the Hik, it gets way better, but slight ghosting above 4x. I like my Dahua , but the Hik is better overall. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Every conductor should be untwisted and straightened. If you've done it correctly, every conductor should be straight and stay in place when you let go. Cut off anything more than 3/4 to 1 inch and the connector will slide on with zero effort. Don't put anything on the end. You don't need it...
