Well, just called EZVIZ, they recommended as a troubleshooting step to swap power supplies between cameras and monitor situation. I think it's a reasonable step to figure out where the problem originates.

I hope this is correct forum as EZVIZ as far as I know made by Hikvision. I have two identical EZVIZ dome cameras, both connected by ethernet cable, both have micro SD card for local recording. However, one camera started to go offline, interestingly, it shows offline for cloud monitoring only...

make sure LaView app is not prevented from running by Android. Samsung might have some sort of Auto-start manager that could be preventing this app from running to extend battery life and save memory.

I have a problem getting webpage to show video, so I used ivms4200 to set motion detection area, but that software is not very good, slow and even locks up cameras that I have to reset them. I was looking at other ways to control cameras but nothing seems to give me the ability to set motion...

what do you guys use to set the motion detection area on your doorbells? ivms-4200? what else can be used for that? any mobile apps that will do that?
