    hello I maybe understood the problem I restored connected directly to the cam with the pc then I entered the webgui and it worked. when i reconnect the cam to the nvr the problem comes up again so i think it is nvr's fault it seems almost a security lock with https certificates.

    hello thanks for the answer but I have tried and tried several times it doesn't work and I noticed that the metadata also doesn't work. is there a particular procedure for updating? i tried via nvr then with configtool but nothing. if you have the previous firmware i try to go back. thanks

    Another proof that you can download the video on PC and check if it is slider. If it is fluid it means there is a LAN network problem See also how many mega bytes and video If there are so many in tot seconds, there are probably too many details or too much saturation. .
