Hello Experts I started getting this error today on all 5 cameras...anyone know why?? Something to do with DST maybe? I did change the time in each cameras' setting but still getting the error. Onvif triggering is not working on 3 cameras. Thank you

No the camera setting...it happened to all 5 cameras I bought(empiretech)...it's a serious bug

When I had day&night profile not saving issue it turned out to be system time setting set to 12hr. Wittaj told me to change to 24hr format and profiles/schedules worked properly.

Once I installed 5.8.4.5(1/18) and 5.8.5.1(1/24) the issue didn't show up...but not sure it was enough days to see the problem... When I installed 5.8.5.2(1/25) the issue happened again so I rolled back to 5.8.5.1 and I am watching. I did not see "Alert Image not created" error when the trigger...

Make sure the time is 24h, not 12h....

I was going to ask about it as well... It happened to couple different cameras and triggered for an hour eating 12Gb. It looks like when there are many triggers within short period BI gets "stuck" in triggered?

So when I set up the profile you can see that the night profile is the way I want it = Black screen. But as soon as I exit the set up screen the Day profile kicks in...

How is "Time Plan Settings" supposed to work? I've been playing with profile settings since I purchased this camera a week ago but can't get it to switch to Night profile at 7 pm. I created Night profile and added to 19-24 / 0-7 and it does not change.
