The cam is set to 24 hours. Is there any way to raise a bug report to EmpireTech? Factory reset also does not help. -

Yes, switching by schedule works. However, I want the camera not to switch according to the schedule. I want to switch between day and night via API and this does not work because the cam always falls back into the day mode, even when the time schedule ist empty like in my screenshot. -

Hi, maybe someone could help me with my new IPC-Color4K-T. My cam is switching to "day" profile, even when I delete all the "Time Plan Settings" and manualy select "night" in the cam settings. As soon as I switch manually to "night" the camera will switch to "night" but when i leave the config... -

Hi, I recently updated the firmware of my two DS-2CD2347G2-L to V5.5.160 build 210108 and now I see new image setting in the configuration which was not there before. Can someone explain this slider to me, unfortunately the screenie is in german language but maybe someone are able to read it... -

Hi, after some try an error I found the point where to set custom hostname of the cam. Its in the configuration tab, Network Sorry for the german language in the screenie ;-) -

Hi, could anyone help me on this topic, I didn´t find the place in the configuartion where I can set a hostname for the cam. At the moment it looks like that the cam is not having any hostname set. My Mikrotik router dhcp leases shows me a blank for the hostname. Maybe its just translated wrong... -
