    I would expect that BITS uses port 80 so it can't be a firewall issue. However, if it does require another port, please let me know and I will open that port up to see if its the issue.

    Yeah, that does not work for me. It will not update the weather. I have internet access and can connect to Weather Underground and Weather.com so there is no routing issue. The only issue seems to be that it wants me to put an API Key in and I cannot get one.
