in V4 I noticed sometime I lost camera streaming but didn't have trouble playing video clips. Glad there's a reason behind this.

resolved, by turning off "smart codec" on my Amcrest POE camera. BI seems to have trouble with recording stream encoded by this "smart codec".

I have 3 cameras on 24/7 continuous recording. I'd like to play recorded clips in sync and be able to see video clips of all 3 at the same time. How do I do this on V5? Just upgraded to V4.

On Hikvision CMS client software, the frame rate is set at 10fps. Yes, the camera was discovered during installation.
