What is your version? I have 2.2.52 and i get Device error every time i try to save config. Same config that was working on 2.0.8 version.

Yes i did, without factory you can't enbale RTMP or corretly enter codes. But thanks for effort

Hi guys, does anybody have K series NVR and receives alarm for motion on hik-connect account but haven't had that option before?

Checked everything. FW is latest (got it from HIK support). My point is that i don't want to check or uncheck anything. I can't tell user to login into camera and check/uncheck rtmp. Hik support can't tell me is there some problem with camera or does somebody else have similiar problems.

IPC seems well but no video on youtube side, but at the same the Youtube seems ok. Sry for language, it's in my native language (Croatian). You can see that connection is excellent, stream is great but nothing from the camera. G2 version, don't know about FW. It's at customer's site, didn't...

Reboot camera yes. On Youtube stream i can see "stream status excellent", RTMP doesn's show any problems but no stream from camera. As soon as I reboot camera, without touching Youtube, stream starts.

Does anybody know how long can stream last? My ended in about 9 hours and i had to restart camera to run it again. Any ideas?

Hi, that 12V terminal from outdoor unit isn't supposed to supply power for electric strike. If you measure power from that terminal you'll get 12V, not 13.5V ( or something like that). You need to use external power adapter.

Hi, With or without IVMS it will work. Trought IVMS you just send programing, it's stored localy on the device.

If problems started from upgrading FW, i would reccomend factory default. Then use static IP with google DNS. It should work. Maybe the problem is in FW difference ( old vs new ), it's a known "problem".
