Thanks, I will watch for the next few days. Changed all my cams directly to 15 both iframe interval and fps. In BI, i noticed I have maximum frame rate at 20 fps. Should I leave it there for now? Strange that i didnt have these issues for the first 6-8 months.

I would second that. I had the same experience of running the direct to disc fine with demo version. I was hitting about 15% CPU before and after I moved from demo to paid version. So I suspect it does work with evaluations recently. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

SOLVED!! Just as I was scratching my head, a message popped up on Bi offering an update. 4.5.8.3. Right after installing it, checked my ios app and its logging in now :) So there was probably a bug. BTW, i sent the developer a message a little before I posted on the forum. Coincidental or not!!
