Ok folks, After talking to the Xfinity folks last night for hours we agreed that we could see the ports. I tried canyouseeme and the ports are open. So I am now thinking its something else. The hikvision does not allow me to use port 80 but it says 8000 but my router does not allow port 8000...
I checked online and it said port was open. When I got to work and tried to look at the camera it did not work. It appears as soon as I disconnected my computer this morning the camera connectivity stopped. Any ideas?

I have opened up on my xfinity router port 80 but for some reason port 37777 (which I think I need) will not open. I am trying to access the camera remotely using Blueiris.I do not have a NVR on the system yet and this is my first try at it. Any assistance will be appreciated...
I tried going to hikvsion but because i bought it through amazon they dont offer support. I spoke to amazon and all they say is return it for a refund.
