It was not looking good. First TFTP appeared to fail as the unit didn't even show up in SADP. Second try it showed up, let me activate, then immediately worked. Crazy.

Does it appear that the recorded data is at the desired higher bitrate? I have the same NVR, using a DS-2CD2332-I cam, and live view works with any bitrate I've set. I'm running 61xx and it works fine, so it should work. Have you tried live viewing via the VGA/HDMI port? See if live view...

Under the linkage tab, do you have "Send Email" ticked on? Another thing to check is the camera log. See if the motion events are being capture. I'm not positive that cameras without SD cards can do logging though as mine logs to the NVR.
