I went for the broader view version (2.8). I am able to capture most of the floor. Aesthetic is acceptable even without domes, imho - see pic.

I have a nearly identical setup. As the cam is inside, I removed the domes. I am very happy with the outcome.

In my case that is not the root problem, I don’t use local storage.

I have the same issue. It happens randomly. I have 10 cameras and they are all powered the same way. This one is not even far away from the power source. An issue when traveling, as the only way is to physically disconnect it. Is there a firmware update?

I’ll install it properly in the weekend and will post some screenshots. From my preliminary tests I don’t see the reflection without the domes. The cam doesn’t look great without them, but it’s not pretty anyway...

Daytime it’s fine. How about in the dark?

What orientation do you use? Only if the cams look down it’s kind of ok. As I want to mount it indoors, I ended up removing the domes. Much better, however not one of my best cams. I bought it to replace a couple of aging Foscam R2 and I might even decide to keep the old ones...
