G'day Mattbrain, I am having similar issues to what you had. I've setup my 6003, and can use hikconnect, but was never prompted to set an activations password. Can you clarify for me the steps you went through to re-set this back up?
Reset, use hikconnect iphone app to add new camera, scan the barcode on the front of the 6003? or Do you hit generate qr barcode in the app, and hold phone up to the camera ?thnx
