yes, i can choose onvif using the V2.1.10_201207 version.

I've added dahua cams via ONVIF protocol which work perfectly with the newest uk firmware. Try using the newest ivms for windows.

Use the UK firmware: HIKVISION UK PORTAL and you will be able to use your cams. :-)

Can we use the US firmware with the EU version of the intercom, too? On the Hikvision US site there seems to be the newest firmeware updates.

@KamirZG: How can one do a factory reset? Is this the "restore all" button in IVMS or is this a hardware button on the module which one has to press for some seconds?

Are you sure that I should connect the doorbell to the AIN1? I would have connected it to the AO1 (alarm output) because a doorbell is like a speaker, it can only ring (there is no button on it).

@KamirZG Thank you for your quick reply. I have a 12v doorbell which I want to mount on another floor so we can hear if someone is ringing outside. I know that I have to use the AlarmOut pin AO1 (back side of indoor unit) but don't know any further.
